The interview with Albano Martins on Macau TV Lotus TVAlbano Martins interviewed in English on Macau TV Lotus TV about how the only solution for the greyhounds is for them to go to Anima. Also featured is an interview with Edith Lam and the gorgeous Garlic, speaking up for the Macau Greyhounds <3Here is a full translation in English of the news voice-over in Chinese and the interview with Edith and Mr Tsang:'Now in 2018, there are 7 months to go for the Canidrome to move out of its current, original location. However, the relocation of the 650 greyhounds has not progressed any further. Anima Macau have stated that they wish to take over the venue for a year in order to find adoptive families for the greyhounds. However, at present there has been no follow up on this so far. Where will these 650 greyhounds go? How to develop the venue? Albano of Anima Macau has stated that the best way is to take over the dog track for a year and to find adoptive families for the greyhounds from there. Otherwise, the remaining greyhounds may end up being euthanised.'(Albano’s interview is in English.)(Edith's interview):'Edith is one of the minority to successfully adopt a greyhound. She says greyhounds are the best pets.'EDITH: “If you wish to have a companion or you are new to dog ownership, greyhounds are a good choice as they are easy to take care of. You don't have to spend much time playing with them. Even if you want to play with them, they sometimes just want to sleep and ignore you.”'She also wishes that the Canidrome, Anima and the ICAM would cooperate together to let more families adopt greyhounds.'EDITH: “You (Angela Leong) could definitely keep all of them. But is it really good for them to be just kept in cells? Why not allow them instead to be sent to be adopted by families where they would be loved and taken for walks, and even played with by throwing toys for them?”(Professor Tsang Chunk Luk's interview):'Professor Tsang Chung Luk of the Gaming Teaching and Research Centre is of the view that apart from adoption, one should also consider social opportunities when dealing with the greyhound issue.'TSANG: “Some of them should be sent to dog lovers for adoption. Or say, for some of the better quality greyhounds, adopters could pay a certain amount as an adoption fee to the company (the Canidrome) as costs. Then the company (the Canidrome) could receive some costs through adoption. For those weak and old greyhounds, they can certainly be adopted by dog lovers. If not, you could also consider alternative choices including euthanasia etc..”'Apart from the arrangements for these 650 greyhounds, the public is also concerned about any new dog racing and the future use of the venue. Tsang thinks that the Canidrome’s facilities and its records could be treated as part of Macau's history and sent to a museum as a collection. The racing track area could be developed as a public utility and a space for public entertainment in order to improve the urban environment.'TSANG: “I think the history of dog racing, its facilities and its records could be treated as part of Macau's gambling history and put in the museum and kept there forever. Indeed, Macau is a crowded city. If that venue could be developed as a public space with plants, it could improve the air quality in the North District area. Generally speaking, the whole living environment could be improved."#SaveTheMacauGreyhoundsFull video of the interview:https://www.facebook.com/lotustvcc/videos/1670958709638038/?hc_ref=ARTlRmc8ERZqfFKbAxBQfVO775nevAfXjK9MtxAZk5Ysi5MKM_wBGGgwFPuA0HdlevYAnima Macau, Pet levrieri, GREY2K USA, Greyt Exploitations, Birmingham Greyhound Protection, CAGED Nationwide, Levriers En Détresse Led, Ban Bloodsports, Gone Are The Dogs – speaking up for Greyhounds,

Dove andranno a finire questi 650 levrieri?
EDITH: “Tu (rif.to a Angela Leong) potresti tenerli sicuramente tutti.
